Bitcoin Donation Page is designed so anyone can publish a Bitcoin donation page without creating an account. No account or personal information is required.
Public page content is stored, including the title, introduction, optional external links, chosen URL slug, and the public payment identifiers you provide. Those identifiers are shown on the public page so donors can pay you directly.
The raw Edit Key is not stored. The service stores only a one-way verifier used to recognize that key later. If the Edit Key is lost, it cannot be recovered.
The service does not track Bitcoin payments, does not confirm donations, and does not custody funds. Payments go from the donor to the recipient wallet. If a donor uses a browser Lightning wallet (WebLN), the wallet talks to the Lightning Address provider. This site does not fetch invoices, does not observe whether a payment succeeded, and does not route Lightning requests through a third-party proxy.
The site operator may deactivate a page so Bitcoin Donation Page no longer hosts or displays it. Deactivation does not affect the recipient's wallet, Lightning Address, or Bitcoin funds, and the operator does not take custody of payments.
Infrastructure providers such as the host and database may process standard operational request data needed to run the website. Donation pages default to noindex. Public pages remain reachable by anyone who knows the URL.
